Hi, I’m Teresa.
I didn't start my career advising clients. I started by learning how financial firms actually operate.
My background is in corporate finance and wealth management operations, where I rose from Director of Operations to Chief Operating Officer before transitioning to client-facing work. Over the years I built a reputation working with entrepreneurs, senior executives, and heirs who needed someone who could think across the whole picture. The business. The estate. The family. The advisors. The gaps between all of it. More than 130 national media placements, features in Barron's, the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and Fox Business, and recognition as an InvestmentNews Top 40 Under 40 followed from that work.
Financial planning was built on something personal. Boutique practices, genuine relationships, advisors who knew the whole picture. That small business model is harder to find now.
In 2025, I made a deliberate decision to exit the formal, traditional structure of the industry to work with fewer clients and do the kind of deep, unhurried work that wealth of this magnitude deserves. My methods are grounded in positive psychology. I hold a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where my capstone research received the Distinguished Award, one of six honorees in my class and was recognized as a novel contribution to the field.
I also co-lead Wealth of a Woman, and I'm mom to an amazing teenage daughter.
